We Collect from Partner Venues

Our team visits each partner venue twice weekly to collect all lost items. Venues simply place found items in a designated collection point, and we take it from there. Collections are scheduled at quiet times that work for each venue.

We Catalogue & Store Securely

Every item is photographed and logged with detailed information: date found, venue location, category, description, and a unique ID. Items are then stored securely at our Dublin facility with full chain of custody tracking and GDPR compliance.

You Contact Us to Claim

Lost something? Message us on WhatsApp or use our contact form. Tell us what you lost, which venue you were at, and approximately when. We'll search our inventory and respond within 24 hours to let you know if we have your item.

We Verify & Return Your Item

Once we've matched your item, we verify ownership by asking specific questions about it. After verification, you can either collect from our Dublin hub for free, or we can deliver it to you for a small fee. You'll be reunited with your belongings in no time.

A small service fee helps us keep the lights on and items secure.

We charge a modest finder's fee based on how quickly you claim your item. The sooner you reach out, the less you pay.

What Happens to Unclaimed Items?

We make every effort to reunite items with their owners.

30 Day Storage

We securely store all items for a minimum of 30 days, giving owners plenty of time to claim.

Contact Attempts

If we can identify an owner (business cards, ID), we'll proactively reach out before the storage period ends.

Charitable Donation

After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated to registered Irish charities per found property regulations.
