The sooner you report your lost item, the better your chances of recovery and the lower the fee. Contact us as soon as you realise something is missing.
Include details like brand, colour, phone case design, lock screen image, cards in wallet, or unique markings. This helps us match and verify your item.
Be sure of the venue name and location. If you visited multiple places that night, let us know - we may be able to check several venues for you.
